A National Champion, Biletnikoff Award winner, 2019 FBS receiving yards leader, 2019 FBS touchdown leader and 2020 season opt out. These are all words that can be used to describe Ja'Marr Chase. The LSU product is no doubt the best college football wide receiver, but sadly he isn't on the field this year.
He decided to opt out of the 2020 season. After opting out to focus on the draft many have wondered if this was the right move or not. I believe it is, as his draft stock is very high and he won't have to risk an injury. Chase has incredible speed, is a great red zone threat, and has reliable hands. He also has big game experience, as he played (and won) in the national championship in 2019. He is a great asset, and a future #1 receiver for any NFL team.
